2015 b g Where Or When (IRE) x Final Run (IRE)

AVIEWTOSEA was purchased at the Cheltenham May sales 2019 after finishing an encouraging 2nd in an Irish Point to Point at Tralee. The horse that beat him that day FRENCH DYNAMITE has since proved to be a very smart hurdler with an opening mark of 139. He has some useful form behind horses such as Envoi Allen and Five O’Clock. French Dynamite has also beaten The Bosses Oscar who finished 5th in the Martin Pipe Handicap Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival. AVIEWTOSEA finished only 1 length behind French Dynamite, this could work out to be extremely useful form.

“Aviewtosea put in a fine performance when finishing second in the second division of the four-year-old maiden at Tralee on just his second start to date. Handled by Wayne Kehoe, this Where Or When gelding was doing his best work in the closing stages here, coming home strongly under Jordan Gainford despite erring slightly at the final two fences. Previously a promising seventh on his debut in Dawstown, this Linda Butler-owned gelding is from a family of winners and looks to be a progressive sort who could well develop into a smart performer going forward”.

We think a lot of AVIEWTOSEA, he’ll most likely start off in bumpers before going over hurdles. As a former Irish Pointer his future really lies as a chaser.

2013 Scorpion (IRE) x From Russia With Love

CAPTAIN DINOSAUR was bought as a 3 year old but continued to grow and grow, only finally getting to the track shortly before his 7 th birthday. Standing well-over 17 hands, he is inevitably going to be a chaser, but to finish 3 rd in a bumper on his only start to date was a pleasing introduction to racing. He is a half-brother to a winning hurdler, and from the family of stayers OLD BENNY and FOURJACKS.

2016 b g Fame and Glory (GB) x Derriana (IRE)

Derry was bought as a 3 year old store from the 2019 Derby Sale. His unraced dam is a half-sister to KICKS FOR FREE, and she has already bred the smart NAMIB DANCER and ON ACCOUNT. He has the stamp of a chaser, and will be given plenty of time to mature.

2015 b g Aizavoski (IRE) x Faraday Lady (IRE)

‘Alfie’ was bought as a 3 year old store by Gerry Hogan at the 2018 Derby Sale. His unraced dam is an own sister to LORD NOELIE and a half-sister to AMORINI, and she has already bred 2 winners from 4 runners. He was being readied for a bumper at the end of the 2019/2020 jumps season, but the early end to racing means that he will now make his debut in autumn 2020.

Phil Healy – FOR LEASE

2016 b f Shirocco (GER) x Ariels Serenade (IRE)

‘Rocco’ joined the yard from the inaugural Tatersalls May Store sale in 2019. She is a half-sister to BALLYARTHUR and SUNDAY SERENADE. She will start life in bumpers during the 2020/21 season.
