We’ve had a brilliant time of things this season, especially since the last blog post!

We shall start at Doncaster last Friday where we ran THUNDERSOCKSSUNDAE, HATTAAB and JESSICA RABBIT. All three ran with credit, although the stand out performance was Jessica Rabbit. She finally got her head in front after so many placed efforts. It was a great effort by Kielan who had to do the very light weight. In an interview with Sky Sports Racing, Kielan explained the work that went into doing such a low weight, all worth it for a winner! Jessica Rabbit heads to the sales today, definitely a fun horse for somebody.

The day after, again at Doncaster and Bangor we ran DUBLIN FOUR, DAYDREAM AULMES and FLANN. Another great day with Dublin Four going very close indeed, jumping the last in front on his chasing debut, a great effort. Daydream Aulmes ran a very pleasing race after his long break to finish fourth. The highlight was at Bangor though were Flann won the bumper. A great ride by Lilly to keep Flann going, using his stamina to beat his rivals. A fine big horse who will now head over hurdles. That was two winners in two days for us…

We then ran PHANTOMOFTHEOSCAR at Leicester and made the trip to Carlisle with AVIEWTOSEA. Phantomoftheoscar outran his big odds and finished 8th, although it was a better run than it maybe looks on paper. At Carlisle Aviewtosea won the bumper in great fashion, he was headed and looked booked for second but with persistence from the saddle from Max the horse in front got tired and we outstayed him to win. Great effort by Max for not giving up, a nice horse for the future who should exceed over hurdles, although he does have enough class to stay in bumpers. That made it three winners from three days for the team.

TELSON BARLEY headed to Fakenham and ran well in a stamina test to finish 3rd. Not an easy horse to win with but very consistent so far this season.

A great few days and again it proved that our staff are not bad judges! Aviewtosea became the second horse to win from our ‘Ask the team – Horses to follow video‘. Well done Max!

Talking videos, we will be creating some interesting content this weekend with Dave from ‘Cheltmental’. Dave runs a YouTube channel and Facebook page, some great content for National Hunt fans released all season.

Keep your eyes peeled for that in the next week or two!

We will also aim to have a Mercury with you in the near future…

This morning Jodie and Kielan schooled Phantomoftheoscar and Skipthecuddles. Jodie looking as stylish as ever in his bright orange vest, he specifically asked us to release the pictures on our social media channels… He thinks he looks better over a hurdle than Kielan… maybe we should have a vote?

We have a few runners this weekend…

Tomorrow EXPLOITEUR heads to Chepstow where he should enjoy conditions, fingers crossed he can run a nice race again.

Sunday we run PASSING SHADOW and PHILLAPA SUE, the ground will be fairly testing so we will see what’s it’s like.

Have a great weekend, hopefully we will be seeing more of you back last the races now!
